Red beetroot for sprouts
Rich in vitamins A, B6, C, folic acid, minerals Mg, Fe, K, antioxidants, soluble fiber, high amounts of nitrates. Sprouts help reduce blood pressure, widen blood vessels, are anti-cancerous, reduce the risk of strokes, and lower cholesterol.
How to use: Wash 2-3 tablespoons of seeds thoroughly and place them on a plate in a bright spot, but away from direct sunlight. Keep them at 20°C and water daily. In 6-7 days, the seeds will sprout and be ready for consumption. Sprouts are very tasty, have a pleasant color and appearance, and can be consumed raw, cooked, in sauces, soups, or salads.
