Ordered products will be delivered by Cargus express courier to the address specified at the time of placing the order, within a maximum of 10 days. Parcels are collected by the courier from our warehouses only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to prevent plants from being stuck in the logistics center over the weekend.

If your order contains both perennial plants and bare-root roses, Biodiversitate.com SRL will send two separate parcels, shipped from different locations and under distinct AWBs. Thus, you will receive individual notifications for each parcel, and they may arrive at your address at different times. Also, the shipping cost will not change in this case.

You will be notified by e-mail or phone when the parcel is dispatched, and the courier will contact you using the phone number you provided when registering the order.

For any observations related to the order, modifications, or in case of parcel damage, please contact us and we will try to help you as quickly as possible.

• Cash on delivery: Cash (up to a maximum of 600 lei) or by Bank Transfer (the order will be dispatched only after payment is received).

• For parcels exceeding 100 kg, payment can only be made by Bank Transfer in advance based on the proforma invoice.

The standard shipping cost is 35 RON, borne by the client, and is paid either by bank transfer or directly to the courier, for cash on delivery orders.

Voluminous products: if the order contains large plants, the shipping cost will be calculated separately, depending on the delivery address and handling conditions. Additional weight cost: for products in 15L or 25L pots, an additional delivery cost of 10 RON for each additional product applies, starting with the second. Example: for 2 such products, an additional weight cost of 10 RON is added, for 3 such products, an additional weight cost of 20 RON is added, etc.

Additional cost for multiple deliveries: if the ordered products come from different warehouses, an additional cost of 15 RON will apply for each extra delivery, starting with the second. The number of deliveries is displayed during the order completion process, along with the shipping method.

• Orders are delivered within a maximum of 10 working days from payment confirmation.
• Each order can have only one delivery address.
• The exact delivery time is confirmed at the time of order validation.

Biodiversitate.com SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel the delivery of products in situations of force majeure, which include, but are not limited to:

• Government actions or trade restrictions
• Extreme weather conditions (floods, storms, severe frost, etc.)
• Protests, strikes, road blockades
• Other unpredictable events preventing delivery under normal conditions

In these cases, the client will be notified and can choose between:

• Refund of the amount paid for undelivered products
• Rescheduling delivery for a later date

If delivery cannot be made because the recipient is not found at the specified address:

• The courier will attempt delivery two more times within the next 7 days.
• If all attempts fail, the order will be returned, and any new shipment will incur additional costs, regardless of the order value.

According to art. 10 letter c of O.G. 130/2000, we reserve the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which can degrade (perishable) or deteriorate rapidly.

Plants shipped by Biodiversitate.com are live products or frigo-type products, which must be planted within 3-5 days of shipment to maintain their quality and viability.
